4. NRS provides these services solely and exclusively for clients of the national and international operators which permit this service that NRS will have implemented and activate for its clients whom will be consequently informed
5. NRS keeps the right of unilaterally cancelling any of the contents, services or utilities included in the web.
3rd Responsibility for the access and use of the Internet contents
1. NRS does not guarantee the quality, exactness, liability, correction or morality of the data, programs, information or opinions, whichever their origin, to be found on its web or on the nets to which the client can access through the portal www.muchoicono.com The client accepts that NRS is free of any responsibility related to the webwww.muchoicono.com
2. The client accepts under his or her responsibility the consequences, damages or actions which might arise due to the access to these contents as well as their reproduction or diffusion
3. NRS will be not responsible of any of its clients infractions which might affect other clients or third parties rights including copyrights, trade marks, patents, confidential information or any other intellectual or industrial property rights
4. This limited guaranty and the responsibility limitation stated above neither affect nor damage the imperative rights which are yours according to the place where you live

5th Intellectual and industrial property.
1. The client acknowledges that the elements and utilities inserted in NRS web are protected by the laws on copyright and that the rights on intellectual and industrial property correspond to www.muchoicono.comConsequently, the client binds him- or herself to the terms and conditions stated in the present General Conditions of Use, he or she will be solely responsible of their non-fulfilment concerning third-parties

NRS is in every case proprietor of the title and property rights of the NRS web and the client binds him or herself not to delete or alter any distinctive sign used as trademark or commercial name (graphics, logos, etc.), any element protected by copyright or any other advise, legend, symbol or label belonging to NRS which might appear on the web www.muchoicono.com
4. In addition, the client acknowledges that the information to which he or she might have access through this service can be protected by intellectual, industrial or any other property rights. But for a particular agreement between both parts, the client binds him or herself to use this information for his own needs and, consequently, not to perform any commercial activity of the services he or she has access to or of the results obtained thanks to the use of the web.www.muchoicono.com
5. The client binds him or herself not to use NRS web facilities and capabilities to perform or induce illegal activities to try to attract clients of the service to competitor services. The client is also responsible of extending the fulfilling of this rules to any other person he or she might authorize to use the service.
6. When using NRS web, the client shall refrain from performing any action which might not respect NRS or third parties intellectual and industrial property rights, damage the honour, personal or family intimacy or the image of third parties or attempt against morality or might be illicit. In any case NRS will not be subject to any judicial claim which might arise as a consequence of the use.
7. When using the NRS web, the client shall refrain from destroying, altering, making useless or damaging data, software or electronic documents pertaining to NRS, its suppliers or third parties. He or she shall also restrain from introducing or distributing in the net software, viruses, applets, Active X controls or any instrument or device either physical or electronic which cause or might cause any type of alteration in the net, the system or third parties equipment. Any kind of activity or practice which might transgress the good conduct principles generally accepted among internet users is absolutely forbidden
8. Should any of the contents of the web be the property of a third-party or third-parties and this third-party communicates and proves it, NRS would retire immediately those contents from the web on the third-partys request. NRS would then be kept free of any claim

1. NRS will not be responsible of any damage caused to the user by the impossibility to provide the service object of the terms and conditions of use due to force majeure or any other cause beyond the companys control

7th Confidentiality and data protection
1. NRS does not have any data in relation to its users.
2. The moment data were collected and according to the organic law 15/1999 of the 13th of December on Personal Data Protection the user would be informed of the existence of a automated file of personal data created by and for NRS and under its responsibility for the maintenance and managing of the relationship with the user and service information, formation and commercialization tasks and activities related to them.
3. The case arises, NRS binds itself to the fulfilment of the obligation of keeping secret the personal data and it will adopt the necessary measures to prevent its non authorized alteration, lost, processing or access according to the Rule on Security Measures for automated files which contain personal data approved in the Royal Decree 994/1999 of the 11th of July.
8th Controversy resolution.

10th Limits of use
